Customer Service Executive (Sea freight)

5 days, 8.45am-6pm, 1 half Sat (9.30am-12pm) once in every 3 months

Salary:$3200 - $4,000

Location: Marymount

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the sales department

  • Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams

  • Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release

  • Verify all related costs and charges

  • Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters

  • Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes

Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding is required for this position
