Customer Service Officer - Tuition Centre- Marine Parade
Working Hours
5-day work week with rotating shifts
- Monday: Off day
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day school operations
- Manage student enrolment and registration processes
- Attend to enquiries from parents and customers, including follow-ups
- Support daily operational needs and carry out additional tasks when required
Requirements
- Service-oriented, patient, and comfortable interacting with children
- Willing to work weekday evenings, weekends, and public holidays
