Job Summary
Provide sales and administrative support by managing order processing, quotations, customer communication, and coordinating import/export activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and administrative workflows for order processing, quotations, tracking, and fulfilment to ensure timely completion
- Submit e-invoices to customer portals within 48 hours after goods delivery, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, managers, and employees to prioritize tasks and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate import and export shipments by preparing accurate and timely shipping documentation
- Interpret sales contracts to support order fulfilment and address customer inquiries or issues with effective resolutions
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination of materials to support smooth operations
- Manage vendor relationships to procure goods cost-effectively while maintaining quality standards
