Customer Service Officer (Weekday Part Time)
Job scope
- Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
- Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
- Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely
- Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
- Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info
Requirements
- Minimum 1- 2 years of customer service experience
- Able to commit at least 3 to 4 days per week (weekdays)
- Good in interpersonal communication and love to interact with customers
