Customer Service Officer (Weekday Part Time)

Job scope

  • Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
  • Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
  • Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely
  • Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
  • Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info

Requirements

  • Minimum 1- 2 years of customer service experience
  • Able to commit at least 3 to 4 days per week (weekdays)
  • Good in interpersonal communication and love to interact with customers
