We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives. This role is responsible for managing inbound customer requests, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound requests for priority service appointments via phone, email, chat, and customer portals
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in coordination with capacity planners and dispatch teams
Handle a variety of customer inquiries including billing questions, technician ETAs, scheduling concerns, and product/service information
Resolve customer issues by identifying needs, researching solutions, and escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in internal systems
Accurately document and disposition all interactions in call monitoring software
Process payments in compliance with CPI regulations (when applicable)
Collaborate with Sales and Service Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy and response times
Communicate service status updates to customers in a timely and professional manner
Support dispatch operations as needed to ensure efficient service delivery
Create and process invoices and maintain reporting requirements
Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions
Maintain reliable attendance and consistent on-time performance
Perform additional duties as assigned
