RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Purchase Order to German to build the stock
- PO reception and Create Purchase order to build stock for China in SAP
- Check the viscosity of the goods after DO created if needed
- Check & confirm bill of landing/Prepare documents for custom clearance
- Follow up the sea freight status
2. Customer Sales/Sample Order
- Create Sales Order / Create Delivery for the SO in SAP
- Check and update the price if needed
- Prepare documents for delivery, eg. COA, print Label, customer specific delivery list, pick customer special-needed viscosity, etc.
- Adjust ETA and update related doc if requested by customer
- Communicate with Logistic with picking and delivery issue.
- Sample order management
3. Check & Follow up AR
- Check customers‘ AR. Notify customer and sales for Overdue
- Clear Over Due payment by sending customer‘s payment slip to controller and Accounting
- Special order release approve application if order blocked due to Over Due reason
4. External Warehouse Affairs
- Warehouse Payment application in Ariba.
- SLOB(slow moving and obsolete) product disposal communication
- Warehouse visit (stock taking & quality issue).
5. Stock Management
- Stock level monitoring and share stock status report to sales weekly
- Stock taking vs external warehouse data monthly.
- SLOB (slow moving and obsolete) product management.
6. Other affairs, like complain, etc.
- Code extension
- New customer creation, including sold to, ship to, etc
- Sample Management
- Transportation License application
- Customer complain process(return/exchange, and input SAP as complain ticket), etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above with at least 2 years working experience in customer service function
- Solid experience in order management
- Willing to learn new things with strong learning ability
- Be familiar with MS Excel Experience and SAP is a plus
- Good oral and written English
