    • Provide timely and accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries<\/span><\/span>

      Scheduling & Enrollment Support<\/span><\/span>

      • Schedule and reschedule appointments using the company scheduling system<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Assist customers with enrollments and payment processing<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Administrative Support<\/span><\/span>

        • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare evaluation reports<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Coordinate with instructors and support daily administrative operations<\/span><\/span>
