Schedule: 11AM - 7:30PM | Monday - Friday with rotating weekends

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives on connection, problem-solving, and making every interaction count.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians

  • Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records in our system

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

  • Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer service experience

  • Experience with high-volume inbound and outbound calls

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive, customer-first attitude and team mindset

  • Basic computer skills (training provided)

Compensation

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour
