Customer Service Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Uphold RoyOMartin vision and values: respect, integrity, commitment, honesty, excellence, and stewardship
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through company systems
  • Communicate order status and shipment updates to customers
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation, including order confirmations, invoices, and reports
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Support sales representatives by assisting with administrative sales functions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Monitor open orders and proactively address issues that may impact customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the plywood consignment program
  • Coordinate internal reports
  • Book travel and/or trade show events



Job Experience/Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business or communications preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Basic understanding of product lines and company operations
  • Familiarity with order processing systems and CRM platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Strong data entry and multitasking abilities P
