Customer Service Representative (Retail) – Night Shift

Location: Jollibee Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels (phone, chat, and email)

  • Handle inquiries related to orders, products, and services with professionalism and care

  • Process customer orders efficiently via phone, email, and chat

  • Drive first-call resolution and ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Recommend relevant or promotional products to support sales growth

  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy

  • Resolve concerns effectively by identifying customer needs and offering the best solutions

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Requirements

  • Retail experience (non-negotiable)

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience (chat, email, and/or phone)

  • Willingness to work night shift (with night differential pay)

  • Ability to work onsite in Ortigas (first 6 months), then hybrid (1 WFH day/week after regularization)

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Stable work history with good tenure

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in both sales and service roles

  • Proven ability to sell or upsell over the phone or chat

  • Experience handling multiple channels simultaneously (chat, email, phone)

  • Familiarity with Click-to-Chat platforms

  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Fast and accurate typing skills
