Customer Service & Sales Executive (Pest Control Industry)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm, Alt Sat, 9:00am – 1:00pm

Salary: $2,800 – $3,500

Location: Aljunied Rd

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build good customer relationships
• Follow up on enquiries and leads provided by the company
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service support
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Update customer information and sales records
• Occasionally visit customer sites for inspection and follow-up

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to build and maintain customer relationships
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
