Customer Service Specialist

工作职责:

  • 作为客户的第一联络窗口,及时响应客户的咨询、需求和投诉
  • 负责客户订单的接收、录入、跟踪及系统维护,确保订单信息准确
  • 协调销售、计划、物流、仓储、财务等内部团队,确保订单按期交付
  • 跟进发货、交付及异常情况,及时向客户反馈并推动问题解决
  • 维护客户主数据及订单相关文件(合同、PO等)
  • 支持客户对账、发票及售后相关事务
  • 定期整理客户问题及服务数据,提出流程优化建议
  • 遵循公司相关流程、合规及服务标准

任职要求:

  • 大专及以上学历,物流、供应链、商务、国际贸易或相关专业优先
  • 2年以上客户服务、订单管理或相关工作经验
  • 熟悉订单流程、交付流程及客户服务基本原则
  • 良好的沟通能力、责任心和客户导向意识
  • 具备跨部门协作能力及问题解决能力
  • 熟练使用Office软件(Excel、Outlook等),有ERP/SAP经验者优先
  • 良好的中英文沟通能力者优先(视岗位要求)
