What you will do

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the full order-to-cash process and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and their customers.

You will:

  • Process and manage customer orders in our systems

  • Monitor order progress, inventory, and delivery timelines

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders

  • Proactively handle questions, issues, and requests

  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, transport, and finance teams

  • Ensure accurate invoicing and administrative processing

  • Track performance and contribute to continuous improvements

You’ll work closely with international clients, mainly in the medical sector, where quality and reliability are essential.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international setting and (important) takes ownership of their work.

  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset

  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

  • Good administrative and organizational skills

  • Interest or experience in logistics and/or customer service

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Comfortable working with systems (ERP, Excel)

  • Knowledge of German or another European language is a plus
