The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across Australia. You'll manage enquiries, coordinate services, liaise with contractors and internal teams, and help ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Coordinating bookings, service requests and maintenance enquiries

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and CRM platforms

  • Liaising with customers, contractors and internal teams

  • Managing customer cases through to resolution

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

  • Assisting with invoicing and administrative tasks

  • Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships

What You Bring

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset
