Customer Service Staff

• Receive, register and process customer samples in the system, including sample coding and documentation management.
• Review customer requirements and create testing orders, ensuring the correct test methods, parameters and laboratories are assigned for each request.
• Prepare and send order confirmations, communicate updates, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor testing progress, including subcontracted analyses, and follow up on results to ensure service quality and turnaround time.
• Handle invoicing and payment collection processes; maintain accurate order and revenue records in internal systems.
• Track orders and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely updates and support throughout the testing process.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and the Quality Management System, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives

• College or University graduation with related background (Analytical Chemistry/ Food Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Mircobiology)

• Open for fresh student or experienced CS staffs below 2 years

• English level B or equivalent

• Good communication skill

• Good computer skill

Location: Tan Binh Lab, HCMC

Applicants must have full working rights in Vietnam. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
