Customer Service Technical Specialist (Trodo SIA / Latvija)
The Role
Passionate about cars and know your way around automotive parts? We’re looking for someone who combines strong mechanical knowledge with a customer-focused approach to help customers find the right parts for their vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Navigate car parts catalogues efficiently to identify and locate automotive components, ensuring accurate and timely order processing
- Assist customers with automotive-related and general inquiries, helping them identify and select the correct parts
- Follow company communication guidelines and maintain the required tone of voice
- Spot potential issues in customers’ component selections and provide expert recommendations for suitable alternatives when needed
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly car parts catalogues and automotive components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for automobiles and enthusiasm for staying up to date with industry developments
- Good English language skills, essential for communicating with foreign customers
