Customer Success Consultant
Responsibilities
• Support customer onboarding and follow-up sessions
• Guide customers on software workflows and practical application
• Support customer usage, adoption, and day-to-day software application
• Handle client inquiries, clarify issues, and coordinate escalation when needed
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HQ teams to support customer success initiatives
• Maintain accurate internal updates and service documentation
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and engagement activities
Requirements
• Singapore-based
• Background in Quantity Surveying or related construction field
• Has hands-on experience using Cubicost software (fast learner to pickup software)
• Must have used Cubicost in actual tender and project work
• Strong practical understanding of rebar / reinforcement works
• Familiar with rebar quantity take-off, drawings, and measurement logic
• Comfortable communicating with multiple parties, including clients and internal teams
• Good understanding of construction-related workflows
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Independent, proactive, and organized
• fluent in Chinese and English
