Customer Success Engineer (PIC, Data Centre)

About the role:
Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly service reviews and ensure timely, accurate reporting
  • Own and resolve customer issues; track via TSM system
  • Serve as primary POC for all customer matters (orders, projects, escalations, audits)
  • Coordinate with internal teams on updates, schedules, and deliverables
  • Conduct onboarding, site briefings, and support troubleshooting
  • Manage maintenance activities (MoPs) and keep customers informed
  • Support post-sales activities (e.g. cross-connects, power requests)
  • Drive CSAT initiatives and prepare management reports
  • Review and improve SOPs, guides, and processes

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years in data centre operations/services
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of M&E systems and DC infrastructure
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to support incidents, including after hours
