Role Overview-

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support clients in their day-to-day use of Digitap products. The role involves handling client queries, assisting with onboarding activities, investigating reported issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues.
  • Investigate reported concerns and perform initial troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Support onboarding and implementation activities as required.
  • Guide clients on product usage and expected behaviour.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and issue updates.
  • Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on client requests and concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer success, product support, technical support, operations, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON structures.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
