What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the person parents see and speak to first — and the one they remember.
Your role includes:
Welcoming parents and students with warmth and clarity
Explaining programmes and schedules confidently
Managing enrolments, payments, and documentation carefully
Handling calls, messages, and enquiries promptly
Supporting daily centre operations to keep things running smoothly
Assisting with parent communication and follow-ups
This role is important. You are not “just admin” — you are part of the parent experience.

Organised and detail-oriented
Calm when handling questions or concerns
Willing to learn and improve
Comfortable interacting with both English and Chinese-speaking parents
Looking for a stable, long-term role (minimum 1 year commitment)
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, childcare or education centres is a plus — but attitude matters more than experience.

Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends: 8:45 AM – 6:30 PM
(Weekend availability required)
