Customer Success Executive/ Manager (3mths to Perm) $4K to $7K #NJA

The Job:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution and a high standard of customer experience.
  • Support customer onboarding, implementation, and product adoption, helping clients maximize value
  • Build strong customer relationships, proactively identifying customer needs, risks, and opportunities to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, escalate feedback, and drive effective customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, issue tracking, and documentation to support efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and improve internal processes, workflows, and SOPs to enhance operational scalability and service excellence

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in any field.
  • 3–5 years experiences in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management
