    Responsibilities:<\/span>
    <\/p>
    Act as a techno\-functional subject matter expert to map the client\u2019s document journeys to a digital workflow, ensuring a seamless setup of Leegality\u2019s Document Infrastructure.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Own the technical onboarding process for clients, managing timelines and drive go\-live with the shortest possible Time\-to\-Value (TTV).<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Engage with clients to identify usage gaps and recommend best practices or advanced features to increase product adoption and stickiness.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Use data and proactively identify risks and provide recommendations to ensure long\-term success.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and influence the roadmap based on implementation hurdles.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Train client stakeholders to use the platform independently while maintaining the relationship to support future renewals and account growth.<\/span>

    <\/p>
    Requirements: <\/span>
    <\/p>
    Graduate/Post\-graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on empathy and proactive problem\-solving.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Understanding of SaaS would be preferred.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Basic understanding of APIs would be preferred<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Good in MS Excel, Word and Power\-point.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Key behavioural traits: Agility, Analytical, Pleasantly Persistent.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Fluency in English is a must.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
    Fluency in Hindi is preferable<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
