Customer Success Manager

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle — from initial onboarding to ongoing support.

You will work closely with clients to ensure smooth communication, successful delivery, and long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Guide clients through onboarding and project processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Track project progress and keep clients informed
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and processes

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with technical or industrial products (lab equipment experience is a plus)
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
