Serve as the main relationship manager for tenants, ensuring smooth onboarding and a consistently positive experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Build and grow the Campus HQ community through events, networking sessions, and engagement initiatives that foster collaboration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Proactively address tenant concerns, feedback, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate with operations, facilities, IT, and other teams to deliver consistent, high\-quality service.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track member satisfaction, identify trends, and propose initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and overall experience. Key Metrics:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Response & resolution time: Timely handling of tenant inquiries, issues, and service requests.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Tenant satisfaction: Positive feedback from tenants and minimal complaints.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Community engagement: Attendance and participation rates at events, workshops, and networking activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Retention & renewal: Tenant retention rate and renewal of memberships or leases.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaboration & insight: Quality of actionable insights provided to operations, leasing, and sales teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 4\u20136 years\u2019 experience in customer success, community management, hospitality, or coworking environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem\-solving skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast\-paced, service\-driven environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
