Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication, proactive follow-ups, and meaningful check-ins
  • Deeply understand each client's unique business needs and objectives, proposing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and measurable results
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels closely and address concerns swiftly and effectively before they escalate into larger issues
  • Prepare compelling client proposals, performance reports, and presentations that support ongoing engagement and business retention
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery of client solutions, commitments, and agreed service standards
  • Collect and consolidate client feedback regularly to identify trends, surface improvement opportunities, and refine the overall service experience
  • Represent the organisation with confidence and professionalism at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
  • Patient, solutions-focused, and able to remain composed and professional under pressure
