Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b> Handle customer inquiries and orders received through <\/span>WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media platforms daily<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective follow\-ups.<\/span> Generate new sales opportunities through calls and online outreach.<\/span> Meet individual monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company sales targets.<\/span> Follow up on quotations to ensure conversion into confirmed orders.<\/span> Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and receipts to clients.<\/span> Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer support.<\/span> Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.<\/span> Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.<\/span> Support both <\/span>local and international clients<\/span><\/b> with their orders and inquiries.<\/span> Submit daily and weekly sales reports.<\/span> Requirements<\/span><\/b> Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Communication, or a related field.<\/span> At least <\/span>1\u20132 years experience in sales, customer service, or account management<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> Strong communication and negotiation skills.<\/span> Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally through <\/span>WhatsApp and social media<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.<\/span> Good organization and time management skills.<\/span> Experience in events, printing, branding, or B2B sales is an added advantage.<\/span> Personal Attributes<\/span><\/b> Self\-motivated and target\-driven.<\/span> Strong customer service orientation.<\/span> Professional and responsible.<\/span> Ability to work both independently and within a team<\/span> Opportunity to work with a growing events and technology solutions company.<\/span> Exposure to both <\/span>local and international clients<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> Sales training and professional development opportunities.<\/span> Career growth opportunities within the company.<\/span> Performance\-based incentives and commissions.<\/span> Supportive and collaborative work environment.<\/span> This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by sales performance and earning additional income through bonuses.<\/span> During Practical Assessment (1 Week) During Probation (3 Months): KES 18,000 per month + Bonuses After Confirmation to Contract: KES 20,000 per month & performance bonuses Bonuses:<\/b> Individual Target Bonus:<\/b> Awarded upon meeting your personal monthly sales target.
