We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused <\/span>Customer Success & Sales Executive<\/span><\/b> to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, supporting clients throughout their order process, and maintaining strong customer relationships.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Handle customer inquiries and orders received through <\/span>WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media platforms daily<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective follow\-ups.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Generate new sales opportunities through calls and online outreach.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Meet individual monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company sales targets.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Follow up on quotations to ensure conversion into confirmed orders.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and receipts to clients.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer support.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support both <\/span>local and international clients<\/span><\/b> with their orders and inquiries.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports.<\/span>

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients, ensuring long\-term partnerships.

    • Act as the primary contact for client queries, providing prompt and professional responses.

      Requirements<\/h3>

      • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Communication, or a related field.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • At least <\/span>1\u20132 years experience in sales, customer service, or account management<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally through <\/span>WhatsApp and social media<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Good organization and time management skills.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience in events, printing, branding, or B2B sales is an added advantage.<\/span>

            Compensation<\/b>
            <\/h3>
            • During Practical Assessment (1 Week)
              <\/p><\/li>

            • During Probation (3 Months): KES 18,000 per month + Bonuses
              <\/p><\/li>

            • After Confirmation to Contract: KES 20,000 per month & performance bonuses
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              Bonuses:<\/b>
              <\/p>

              • Individual Target Bonus:<\/b> Awarded upon meeting your personal monthly sales target.

              • Team Target Bonus:<\/b> Awarded when the team achieves the overall sales target for the month.
