Role Overview<\/b><\/span>

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Intern \u2013 International<\/b> to support client engagement and service delivery for our international operations. This role is designed to provide hands\-on experience in customer relationship management, communication, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
    <\/li>
  • Support follow\-ups on international leads under supervision
    <\/li>
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients
    <\/li>
  • Help in preparing quotations and basic documentation
    <\/li>
  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records
    <\/li>
  • Support the team in day\-to\-day customer success operations
    <\/li>
  • Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction follow\-ups
