Duties & Responsibilities:


Customer Service and Sales Support

-Provide assistance to customers, address inquiries and issues, and support the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
-Samples processing
-Issuance of Purchase Contract, Sales Contract, PFI, Commission orders
-Payment collections


Logistics and Supply Chain Support
-Shipping Documents
-Products brochure, Specifications, Certifications and others

Admin and travel desk

-Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and manage travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, claims processing, meetings and related coordination for staff.
