We are looking for a Customer Engagement Agent to join Super, responsible for delivering prompt, professional, and empathetic support to customers across multiple channels. This role is central to ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving enquiries and complaints effectively whilst maintaining a positive experience at every interaction.

What the role involves

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries across various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Troubleshoot common issues with products or services
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Super's products and services to answer customer questions accurately
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality, professional support at all times

What we are looking for

  • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to different types of customers and situations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging customer interactions
  • High attention to detail
  • Good computer skills
