What You'll Do
Be a Customer Champion: Address customer issues quickly and effectively, offering tailored solutions within tight deadlines. Consistent follow-up is essential to ensure lasting resolutions.
Problem-solve: Tackle customer challenges by working closely with the team, and proactively suggest product improvements to reduce operational workload.
Drive results: Go beyond defined responsibilities and priorities—our culture is built on doing whatever it takes to succeed.
What You'll Do
Fluency in English and Spanish verbal and written
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support
Problem Solving skills, being capable of breaking down a problem into sub components to find the root cause and optimal solution
Eager to work hard and go the extra mile to make our customers happy
Empathy - being able to interpret user’s concerns and help them in getting the best experience possible
Resourcefulness, with attention to detail and due diligence
Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer
