Join our internship program and gain valuable insights into the SaaS industry and communication channels through our Cloud-Communications-Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS). You'll have the opportunity to help our clients overcome challenges and grow professionally in a dynamic environment, with the possibility of continuing to develop within our team.


How you’ll go beyond: 📈


  • Learn about the telecommunication industry and Mitto products
  • Deep dive into our business model and client portfolio
  • Learn how to actively provide support for companies and enterprises using our platform, helping them get the best experience from Mitto products
  • Learn to use diverse tools and platforms (Grafana, Kibana, Zendesk)
  • Learn how to monitor and analyze quality of our customers’ traffic
  • Gradually start to communicate with our customers, partners, and internally with other Mitto teams
  • Maintain and expand technical knowledge across all Mitto products and services, tools, and processes
  • Provide support to all clients, using different communication channels
  • Troubleshoot any quality degradation reported by other customers or departments, make adjustment when required
  • Expand technical knowledge during the whole internship program (basic understanding of mobile services - technologies, protocols - SMPP, SS7)
  • Work in shifts


What you bring to the table: 👩‍💻


  • Final year student or graduated student from Higher education of Applied studies or Faculty (technical background, computer science or IT-related field is a plus)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical approach, high level of responsibility, strong ability to prioritize
  • Eager to learn new technologies, procedures, or client's use cases
