Roles & Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries and provide timely support

  • Coordinate with Amazon Fulfillment<\/b> for order dispatch and delivery\-related issues

  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams

  • Monitor order status and ensure timely resolution of concerns
