Objectives of this role:
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Ensure efficient end\-to\-end PTL operations, achieving optimal load planning, route optimization,
and on\-time deliveries.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, quick issue resolution, and
consistent service performance.
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee accurate and timely MIS reporting to support data\-driven operational and strategic
decisions.
<\/span><\/li>- Drive cost efficiency and continuous process improvement across PTL operations to enhance
productivity and profitability.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, fostering a secure and efficient
operational environment.<\/span>

Responsibilities:
<\/span><\/div>- Oversee end\-to\-end PTL operations, ensuring efficient load planning, vehicle utilization, and
route optimization to achieve timely and cost\-effective deliveries.
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with transporters and clients to manage dispatch schedules, vehicle placement, and
cargo tracking for smooth shipment flow.
<\/span><\/li>- Handle client escalations and follow\-ups, providing quick resolutions and maintaining consistent
communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain and update PTL MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to support
management in performance tracking and decision\-making.
<\/span><\/li>- Lead and guide the PTL operations team, allocating responsibilities, monitoring performance, and
fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory norms, implementing and monitoring safety
protocols during vehicle loading, unloading, and transit operations.
<\/span><\/li>- Analyze operational data to identify cost\-saving opportunities, improve service levels, and
enhance overall PTL efficiency.
<\/span><\/li>- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in PTL processes, leveraging technology and best
practices to enhance productivity and customer experience.

Skills:
<\/div>1. Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills.
<\/div>2. Knowledge of logistics and the warehousing industry
<\/div>3. MS Excel & MS Word
<\/div>4. Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory) & English.
<\/div>5. Proficiency in using MIS for reporting and analysis.
<\/div>6. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
