Requirements:
โˆš Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
โˆš 1โ€“3 years of experience in customer support (experience in fintech, crypto, remittance, or digital payments is an advantage)
โˆš Solid knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain networks, wallet addresses, deposits, and withdrawals
โˆš Strong verbal and written communication skills
โˆš Excellent problem-solving and customer conflict management abilities
โˆš Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly accountable
โˆš Comfortable working with digital support tools and technology platforms
โˆš Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:
โˆš Provide timely support to customers through email, live chat, and other support channels
โˆš Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when required
โˆš Assist users with payment-related concerns, including deposits, withdrawals, wallet transfers, and network-related issues
โˆš Guide customers through fintech and digital payment processes in a clear and professional manner
โˆš Identify recurring customer challenges and recommend improvements to internal processes
โˆš Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and security standards at all times
