Requirements:
โ Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
โ 1โ3 years of experience in customer support (experience in fintech, crypto, remittance, or digital payments is an advantage)
โ Solid knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain networks, wallet addresses, deposits, and withdrawals
โ Strong verbal and written communication skills
โ Excellent problem-solving and customer conflict management abilities
โ Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly accountable
โ Comfortable working with digital support tools and technology platforms
โ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
โ Provide timely support to customers through email, live chat, and other support channels
โ Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when required
โ Assist users with payment-related concerns, including deposits, withdrawals, wallet transfers, and network-related issues
โ Guide customers through fintech and digital payment processes in a clear and professional manner
โ Identify recurring customer challenges and recommend improvements to internal processes
โ Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and security standards at all times
