Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers via phone, email, and chatHandle inquiries related to appointments, services, and platform usageResolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalismCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requestsMaintain accurate records of interactions and follow-upsUphold a strong standard of patient confidentiality and data privacy
Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is requiredPrevious experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare or telehealthStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalismExcellent problem-solving and follow-through skillsComfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and support platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with telehealth platforms or healthcare providersBackground in healthcare administration, nursing support, or similar fieldsMultilingual is a plus
