Responsibilities<\/b>:

- Serve as a technical point of contact for client escalations
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with the dev team to design & deploy solutions
<\/span><\/li>- Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, mobile, and Unity\-based platforms
<\/span><\/li>- Assist in onboarding, integration, and technical walkthroughs for clients.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure timely resolution of issues and drive customer satisfaction
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Required Technical Skills:<\/b>
<\/div>- Knowledge on React, Javascript, Java, Android, Unity, Python, Flutter
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Required Soft Skills:<\/b>
<\/div>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
<\/span><\/li>- Educational background in Computer Science or related field (mandatory)
<\/span><\/li>- Willingness to work in Night Shift to support US\-based clients
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to translate technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders
<\/span><\/li>- Proactive, solution\-oriented mindset
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
