Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

  • Execute customer lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, and retention programs to enhance Customer Lifetime Value
  • Plan, schedule & execute upsell, cross-sell, and migration campaigns to drive ARPU/ARPA growth
  • Monitor campaign performance and lead process & system optimizations to improve conversion and revenue outcomes
  • Analyze customer data and campaign results to generate actionable insights
  • Prepare timely reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance trends
  • Optimize rules and segments to deliver targeted & personalized campaigns to achieve optimal conversions
  • Support testing (A/B, control groups) to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Adapt CVM tools and campaign management platforms to execute and track campaigns
  • Support enhancements and troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with IT and analytics teams
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, IT, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery
  • Coordinate dependencies to ensure smooth & timely execution of initiatives
  • Support presentations and updates for internal reviews
