Cutter (Cuisine)

Job Responsibilities

· Perform cutting functions such as trimming, deboning, portioning and processing according to the specifications

· Ensure the stock are sufficient to meet the demands/orders

· Ensure the meat handling and storage procedures are in compliance to the food safety standards

· Maintain general cleanliness for the kitchen area and kitchen equipment


Job Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

· Team player but also able to work independently

· Able to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment

· Able to work on weekends and public holiday
