🔎 Cyber Security Engineer (Senior Level) | Role Description

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will contribute to the design, implementation, enhancement, and monitoring of the organization's Cyber Security infrastructure.

You will be responsible for:

• Implementing, managing, and improving Cyber Security solutions and tools
• Coordinating Cyber Security projects and collaborating with external vendors and partners
• Designing and integrating security controls across systems, databases, and applications
• Expanding monitoring capabilities and strengthening detection and response processes
• Planning and implementing security hardening and remediation activities
• Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk and impact
• Monitoring emerging Cyber Security trends, threats, and technologies
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

✅ Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• MSc in Information Security (considered a strong asset)
• At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security roles
• Experience with Endpoint, Email, Data, and Identity Security technologies
• Hands-on experience with Cyber Security solutions such as:

  • Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
  • XDR / EDR
  • SIEM
  • Database Activity Monitoring (DAM)
  • Email Security Solutions

• Experience managing external vendors and technology partners
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security best practices and frameworks
• Good command of the English language

Certifications considered an asset:

  • CC
  • Security+
  • AZ-500
  • SC-100
  • SC-200
  • BTL1
  • Other relevant Cyber Security certifications
