Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist [EL]

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales and product teams to design and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions
• Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, and client engagement workshops
• Develop technical proposals to meet customer security requirements
• Provide end-to-end technical support across pre-sales and post-sales phases
• Stay updated on emerging security technologies and industry trends to strengthen solution design

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of security architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP, network security, and protocols
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls and intrusion prevention systems (IPS)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT security or a related technical role
• Familiarity with platforms such as Palo Alto Cortex is an advantage; experience with other security tools such as IBM QRadar, Splunk Security Cloud, RSA NetWitness, ServiceNow Security Operations, or McAfee MVISION is also welcomed
