In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to our subscription services. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Czech via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding subscription services
- Guide clients on service features, subscription options, and account management
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements
- Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
