In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to our subscription services. Your efforts will help ensure that our clients have a seamless experience as they navigate our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Czech via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding subscription services
  • Guide clients on service features, subscription options, and account management
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
