D365 Application Support
Key Responsibilities
- L2/L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis)
- Maintain and support customisations: Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, JavaScript, C#, Azure Function Apps
- Investigate and resolve integration issues (SAP S/4HANA, Workday, enterprise systems)
- Manage D365 security roles, access control, and authorisation matrix
- Support release management, deployments, and post-deployment validation
- Support UAT, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilisation
- Monitor system performance and maintain documentation/knowledge base
Key Skills & Experience
- Hands-on D365 experience (Customer Engagement / Project Operations preferred)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Technical skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure
- Experience with enterprise system integrations and application support environments
- 3 years in D365 technical support, development, or implementation
