Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Collaborate with dairy specialists to develop dairy creamer solutions for barista coffee and milk tea applications.
- Support the development and optimization of whipping cream products for bakery and dessert applications.
- Operate analytical instruments to evaluate product performance and identify key factors affecting product stability.
- Investigate and analyze formulation, processing, and storage variables impacting product stability.
- Prepare and develop concept samples using dairy creamers for coffee and milk tea applications.
- Conduct application trials and sensory evaluations to assess product performance and quality.
- Document experimental results and provide technical insights to support product development and improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, application, and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of dairy ingredients, emulsions, and food formulation principles.
- Hands-on laboratory experience or strong interest in experimental and analytical work.
- Familiarity with common food analytical instruments (e.g., viscometer, particle size analyzer) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic proficiency in English for reading and writing technical documents.

- Internship or project experience in dairy, beverage, or bakery product development.
- Experience with coffee or milk tea applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with sensory evaluation methods or product optimization processes.
