As a Tech Support Agent, you will assist Danish-speaking customers by providing expert assistance with their electronic products, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have an optimal experience with the company's offerings. Your proficiency in Danish and a passion for technology will be key components in helping clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic device issues, offering effective solutions
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in our support system
  • Educate clients on product features and best practices for use
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex technical problems
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn about electronic products
