The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and presenting data to support strategic decision\-making, operational efficiency, project performance monitoring, and business intelligence across the organization.

\n4. ERP and Systems Analytics <\/b>

\n\u2022 Extract and analyze data from ERP systems and organizational databases.

\n\u2022 Develop reports and analytics tools from ERP platforms.

\n\u2022 Work with system administrators to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.

Requirements<\/h3>

Requirements<\/h3>- Bachelor's Degree in: Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics Or <\/span>related discipline.
<\/li>- Professional certifications in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Science, or related fields are also preferred.
<\/li> - Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Reporting & Analytics.
<\/li> - Experience working in construction, healthcare, infrastructure, engineering, or project\-based environments is an advantage.
<\/li> - Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analytic tools.
<\/li> - Proficiency in: ERP Systems, Microsoft Power Query, Data Visualization Tools.
<\/li> - Knowledge of: Statistical Analysis, Data Modeling, Dashboard Development, KPI Reporting, Data Validation Techniques.
<\/li> - Experience with Python, R, or other analytical tools is an added advantage.
