Data & Analytics Engineer
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team.
What you'll do:
Partner with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions;
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models to support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives;
Develop and maintain data products, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics using modern data lake architectures;
Process, transform, and integrate structured and unstructured data while ensuring data quality, governance, and reliability;
Analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights and support business decision-making;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy data solutions and monitor their performance throughout their lifecycle;
Leverage cloud technologies and modern data platforms to build scalable and efficient data solutions;
Communicate insights through clear visualizations and reports tailored to both technical and business audiences;
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices in data management and analytics.
What you will need to bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field;
4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Management;
Strong experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and working with large datasets;
Advanced SQL and Python skills for data processing and analysis;
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern data lake architectures;
Solid knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and data governance principles;
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI (Microsoft Fabric), or Qlik Sense;
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum);
Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows is a plus;
Experience with SSIS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), R, or object-oriented programming is considered an advantage;
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Fluent English is mandatory; Portuguese is highly valued.**
