We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions;

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models to support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives;

• Develop and maintain data products, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics using modern data lake architectures;

• Process, transform, and integrate structured and unstructured data while ensuring data quality, governance, and reliability;

• Analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights and support business decision-making;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy data solutions and monitor their performance throughout their lifecycle;

• Leverage cloud technologies and modern data platforms to build scalable and efficient data solutions;

• Communicate insights through clear visualizations and reports tailored to both technical and business audiences;

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting best practices in data management and analytics.

What you will need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field;

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Management;

• Strong experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and working with large datasets;

• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data processing and analysis;

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern data lake architectures;

• Solid knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and data governance principles;

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI (Microsoft Fabric), or Qlik Sense;

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum);

• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows is a plus;

• Experience with SSIS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), R, or object-oriented programming is considered an advantage;

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;

• Fluent English is mandatory; Portuguese is highly valued.**
