Data Annotation Analyst

Role Overview

Seeking detail-oriented specialists to support data annotation for a global technology platform. The role involves reviewing, labeling, and classifying datasets to support AI/ML models, abuse detection, and operational intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and annotate data as per defined policies and quality standards
• Support spam, phishing, and mail abuse detection initiatives
• Work across multiple tools, dashboards, and workflows simultaneously
• Identify anomalies, edge cases, and escalate trends where required
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and SLA targets in a 24x7 environment

• 1+ year experience in Data Annotation/Data Labeling/Trust & Safety operations
• Experience working in a 24x7, multi-vendor environment is essential
• Strong eye for detail and ability to comprehend detailed instructions
• Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems
• Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required
• Must have PDP score of Exceeds Expectations or Outstanding
Tenure of at least 18 months
