The role ensures that the future platform reduces complexity, improves governance, supports scalability, and enables cost optimization<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>YOU WIL<\/span>L<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>- Assess the existing architecture across source systems, ODS, DWH, staging, ETL, MDM, DQ, BI, metadata, and governance layers.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Identify\u202fcurrent\-state issues such as duplication, technical debt, high licensing dependency, data movement inefficiencies, and governance gaps.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Define the target data architecture across\u202f<\/span>lakehouse<\/span>, DWH, semantic layer, governance, MDM, metadata, BI, and AI\-ready data services.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Define coexistence architecture between current and target platforms during migration.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Define ingestion patterns including batch, CDC, streaming, APIs, and file\-based ingestion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Review Oracle,\u202f<\/span>GoldenGate<\/span>, Informatica, MDM, DQ, EDC/Axon, and BI platform dependencies.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Define architecture standards for data modeling, security, metadata, lineage, data quality, and data lifecycle.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Review and approve data models, integration designs, ETL/ELT designs, and BI semantic models.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Ensure target architecture supports regulatory reporting, enterprise analytics, and future AI/LLM use cases<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Work with the Data Architect, Technical Data Lead, Business Analysts, ETL Developers, BI Developers, Platform Admin, and business stakeholders. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Support architecture transition activities by ensuring that current\-state logic is understood before it is migrated, simplified, or retired. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Deep knowledge of ODS, DWH,\u202f<\/span>lakehouse<\/span>, data marts, semantic layers, BI, MDM, and governance.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Experience with Oracle, Informatica,\u202f<\/span>GoldenGate<\/span>, Power BI, MDM, DQ, EDC/Axon, or similar platforms.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Experience with cloud/<\/span>lakehouse<\/span>\u202fplatforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/span>
