Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics capabilities. Reporting to the CTO, you will design scalable data platforms and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and govern scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms to support enterprise needs
  • Define and implement enterprise data strategy across Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Lead the design and development of robust ETL frameworks and data integration pipelines to ensure efficient data flow
  • Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and compliance standards to maintain data integrity and security
  • Drive adoption of modern data architectures including Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers for optimized analytics
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to enable data-driven decision-making and align data initiatives with organizational goals
  • Utilize Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, MS SQL Database, and Informatica or equivalent ETL/MDM platforms to deliver technical solutions
  • Develop enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and other tools to provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrate advanced expertise in Master Data Management, ETL and data integration, and data lake and warehouse architecture
  • Lead enterprise reporting and analytics efforts with strong data governance and stewardship practices
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions to drive alignment and adoption of data initiatives
