About the role
As the OINIS IT Data Architect / Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing robust data architecture solutions that elevate our data governance objectives, safeguarding data quality, security, and accessibility for the entire organization. • Design and oversee the implementation of robust data architecture solutions that support OINIS data governance objectives. • Develop and maintain the overall data architecture framework aligned with OINIS business needs and governance policies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards, models, and metadata management practices. • Ensure the integration, consistency, and security of OINIS data across various systems and platforms. • Support OINIS data governance initiatives by designing scalable and compliant data solutions. • Facilitate data lifecycle management and optimize data storage and retrieval processes. • Provide expertise on emerging data technologies and best practices to enhance data governance capabilities.

You are a well-rounded Data Architect / Modeler with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data architecture tailored to support business goals. With over 10 years of experience, you excel in collaborating with stakeholders to translate their data requirements into scalable solutions and uphold the highest standards of data governance, quality, and security. Your agility and innovation drive results while fostering teamwork and communication across diverse environments.Your professional skills:• Design, develop, and maintain the enterprise data architecture to support OINIS business and data governance requirements.• Define and enforce OINIS data standards, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.• Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable architecture solutions.• Evaluate and recommend data management tools and technologies to enhance data governance initiatives.• Monitor and optimize data architecture performance, scalability, and security.Your soft skills:• Demonstrate agility and flexibility in adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.• Exhibit innovation and creativity in developing data solutions that address complex challenges.• Maintain a results-driven focus to ensure the successful delivery of data architecture projects.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote mutual understanding and collaboration.• Foster a motivated team player mentality, contributing positively to team dynamics and objectives.
